

Col Ranjit Singh
Colonel Ranjit Singh was commissioned in 1988 into the Regiment of Artillery. He served the Army for more than three decades in varied operational areas including high altitude, Jammu & Kashmir, deserts, insurgency, line of control and served with foreign Armies. He has varied qualifications including B Com, M Sc (Weapon Technology) and MA Psychology.
Colonel Ranjit Singh is a qualified Technical Officer (TO) from the Defence Institute of Psychological Research (DIPR), New Delhi. He has huge experience in assessing candidates for SSB and training assessors. As TO faculty he served at 20 SSB, Bhopal and also trained candidates of Artillery at Deolali and Nasik Road for four years. During his long affair with HR, he conceptualized a new paradigm of training the youth for personality development so that the deserving candidates stand a better chance to join the defence forces as an officer.
