Registration Information
We provide both online and offline modes of registration for the convenience of candidates.
Note: Please do not bring any costly items or original certificates (except ID proof). The academy will not be responsible for any loss or misplacement.
Registration Process
(1) Online Registration:
For online registration, click here and follow the given instructions.
(2) Offline Registration:
Candidates opting for offline registration must visit the academy in person.
Documents Required for Admission:
• Photocopies of all educational qualification certificates
• Domicile / Caste Certificate (if available)
• Two (02) latest passport-size colour photographs
• Valid ID Proof (Aadhaar Card / Driving License / Voter ID / School ID Card / any other government-approved ID)
• Registration Fee: ₹2,000/- (Cash only – for hand-to-hand submission)
Filled application form along with the required documents and registration fee should be sent by Registry / Courier / Speed Post or submitted by hand at the following address:

Note: Applications received without the registration fee will be rejected.
Admission Process
After completion of registration, when you report for coaching at SSB Guide Defence Academy, the following items must be carried at the time of final admission:
• Photocopies of all educational certificates (10th & 12th).
(12th appearing students may bring a photocopy of their 12th examination hall ticket)
• Domicile Certificate (मूल निवास प्रमाण पत्र) – if available
• Caste Certificate (जाति प्रमाण पत्र) – if available
• 15 passport-size colour photographs in tie
• One pair of formal dress with tie (for Interview / Educational trips)
• Tracksuit / PT dress for physical training
• One good-quality sports shoe for physical training
• Valid ID Proof
• Medical Fitness Certificate (not older than 06 months)
• Full coaching fee as per your selected course
(Installment facility is not available)
• If hostel facility is required: items as instructed, such as two bed sheets, one lock, and bedding as per the weather.
